These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services and content provided by Jan Richter (Rzero), Company ID (IČO): 88759814

1. Scope of Application

These Terms apply to all users, including individual consumers and business users (such as professionals or decision-makers acting on behalf of an organization).

2. Services Provided

We offer digital content and services through a subscription model, including access to members-only articles, tools, insights, assessments, and other resources.

Paid memberships may include tiered access depending on the plan selected.

3. Account Registration

To access certain services, you may need to create an account and provide accurate and complete information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in EUR and include VAT where applicable.

Payments are processed securely via a third-party provider (Stripe).
Recurring subscriptions will be automatically renewed unless cancelled prior to the next billing cycle.

5. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers Only)

If you are an individual consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU and Czech consumer law.

If you wish to withdraw within 14 days, contact us at 📧 support@ragonaut.com to request a refund.

6. Business Users

By accessing our services on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act on its behalf.

Business users are not entitled to the 14-day withdrawal right but may contact us for individual support or refund requests, assessed on a case-by-case basis.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services in a fair and reasonable manner.

The following activities are prohibited:

  • Unauthorized automated access or use
  • Excessive scraping or systematic downloading of content
  • Misuse that exceeds normal individual or team usage patterns

We reserve the right to review usage patterns and, in cases of excessive or abusive use, decline renewal or terminate access. In such cases, a prorated refund may be issued for unused subscription time.

8. Intellectual Property

All content provided on ragonaut.com is the intellectual property of Jan Richter unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, distribute, republish, or reuse content without prior written permission.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to services if you violate these Terms or any applicable laws.

You may cancel your membership at any time via your account settings or by contacting us.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jan Richter shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

We do not warrant that our content or tools will meet every specific need or integrate with third-party systems.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
